Heather Woods
Atos Blackbelt and IBJJF gold medalist, F2W Champion, and multiple-time sub-only champion.
Raised in Boise, Idaho, Heather started traveling at 19 and put on a gi for the first time during a trip to Brazil nearly 10 years ago. Since that day, Heather has traveled and trained all over the globe, eventually earning her blackbelt from the legendary World Champion, Andre Galvao at the renowned Atos Academy, one of the top competition teams in the world!
In addition to her Atos team, Heather has also trained with notable jiu-jitsu luminaries in many other countries, making her style unique.
Heather is not only a credentialed competitor, whose skill and training have been tested at the highest levels but a top-notch coach whose passion for jiu-jitsu inspires and motivates her students!

Personal Strength and Conditioning Coach
Alex Sterner
Alex Sterner holds a BS, CSCS, USAW in his field and is the Co-Founder, Head Strength Coach at Electrum Performance. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).
He is also a Strength Coach for the Atos Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu competition team, who have won the 2017 and 2018 IBJJF Team World Titles. Alex is currently a Brown Belt under Andre Galvao at Atos HQ.

Personal Dietician
Ana Carolina Guerrero
Ana Carolina Guerrero is passionate about all sports, started at a young age she has been involved in Crossfit, running, etc. In 2014, she started training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and is currently a Blue Belt at Wolfpack in Mexico City.
Ana is a Clinical Dietician from Mexico City. Growing up in Cancun, she started studying Nutritional Science at La Salle College in 2010 and earned her bachelor's degree in 2015. This included one year of social service in one of the best hospitals in the world, Instituto Nacional de Ciencias Medicas y Nutricion Salvador Zubiran.
She furthered her education by obtaining a diploma in Prescription of Physical Activity in Patients with Diabetes (2012) and Nutrition and Metabolic Syndrome (2018), and another one in Management of Nutritional Requirements in Obese Patients with Bariatric Surgery (2021).
